This Refund Policy applies to all paid products and subscriptions offered by Kiwa Intel Inc. ("Kiwa Intel," "we," "us," or "our"), an Ontario corporation. We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you're not, here's how refunds and cancellations work.
1. Payment Processor
All payments for Kiwa Intel products are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, payment collection, tax calculation, invoicing, and refund disbursement on our behalf. Your payment card data is collected and stored exclusively by Lemon Squeezy — it never touches Kiwa Intel's servers.
When a refund is issued, it is processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to your original payment method.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions across our product portfolio. If you are unhappy with a paid product for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription, you are entitled to a full refund of the most recent charge — no questions asked.
To qualify for the 14-day guarantee:
- Your refund request must be made within 14 calendar days of the date your first paid charge was processed
- You must contact us at legal@kiwaintel.com or through the applicable product's support channel
- The guarantee applies to the most recent charge only
3. Refunds Outside the 14-Day Window
After the 14-day guarantee period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused portions of a billing period.
However, we may consider refund requests outside the 14-day window on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Extended service outages caused by us that materially impacted your ability to use the product
- Other circumstances where we determine a refund is warranted

4. Cancellations
You may cancel your paid subscription to any Kiwa Intel product at any time through the product's account settings or by contacting us at legal@kiwaintel.com.
- When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the paid features until that date.
- No partial refunds. We do not issue prorated refunds for the remaining days of a billing period after cancellation.
- Auto-renewal. All subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancelling before the next renewal date prevents future charges.
- Data retention. After cancellation, your data is handled according to the applicable product's privacy policy. Some products may allow you to export your data before or after cancellation.
5. Free Tiers
Some Kiwa Intel products may offer a free tier with limited features or usage quotas. Free tiers are provided as-is and are not subject to this Refund Policy, as no payment is involved. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free tiers at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Price Changes
We may adjust pricing for our products from time to time. If we increase the price of a subscription you are currently paying for, we will provide at least 14 days' notice before the change takes effect. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle at the new price.
Price changes do not entitle you to a refund for charges already processed at the previous price.
7. Product-Specific Refund Terms
Individual products in the Kiwa Intel portfolio may have additional or more specific refund terms. Where a product's terms differ from this policy, the product-specific terms govern. Current product refund terms:

8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can:
- Email us at legal@kiwaintel.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and the product name
- Contact the product directly through the support channel listed on the product's website
We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.
9. Consumer Protection Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws of your province of residence, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or other applicable provincial legislation. Where such laws provide for broader refund or cancellation rights than this policy, those laws prevail.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes are effective upon posting and apply to purchases made after the effective date. Purchases made before a change are governed by the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
